For small and medium-sized companies, it usually does not pay to hire a permanent HR consultant. The ongoing costs are then too high. Still, many entrepreneurs need a piece of coaching, support and advice. The entrepreneur can then (continue to) focus on his/her commercial activities and Panthion takes care of the supporting process.

This unburdening can include thinking along about the long-term strategy for your organization (where do we want to be in five years and what are the steps to be taken then to put the HR process in order). In addition, there are frequent more operational/tactical issues:

Our support saves you time and therefore money. Hours you would otherwise need to master the constantly changing laws and regulations. In addition, the risks when it comes to employment contracts, for example, are not always easy to oversee and can thus become unintentionally costly. We are happy to take these tasks off your hands, leaving you more time to do what you really need to do: business. We also work with an employment lawyer for additional support.
