The employer's role in reintegration

As an employer, you are also involved in the reintegration process of your employee(s). It is even required by law for employers to take an active role in this under the Gatekeeper Improvement Act. At Panthion (reintegration label ViaMensa), we help you fulfill all reintegration obligations and successfully reintegrate your employees. Of course, we prefer to be involved before absenteeism occurs. We believe in quick interventions.

After an introductory meeting, together we make a realistic proposal in which we describe the steps that are useful and necessary for you.
