The employer's role in reintegration

As an employer, you are also involved in the reintegration process of your employee(s). It is even required by law for employers to take an active role in this under the Gatekeeper Improvement Act. At Panthion (reintegration label ViaMensa), we help you fulfill all reintegration obligations and successfully reintegrate your employees. Of course, we prefer to be involved before absenteeism occurs. We believe in quick interventions.

Should the employee end up failing, we help him/her get back to work. Even if there is a prolonged period of absence. Our professionals have years of experience in the field of sick leave and reintegration and offer personal, customized counseling. Everything is aimed at helping you(your employee) return to work successfully.

If you choose to enlist our help, we can offer you several resources. After an introductory meeting, together we make a realistic proposal in which we describe the steps that are useful and necessary for you. We prepare a counseling plan consisting of one or more of the following components, including:
