Recruitment and Selection (permanent and interim)

Looking for a permanent/interim HR professional for your organization? Recruitment and selection of well-qualified employees is often a labor-intensive process. In many situations, our clients choose to have Panthion handle the recruitment and selection process. We have the knowledge of the labor market, insight into talent and the most up-to-date knowledge of sourcing. With this knowledge, we are able to make an excellent match between your organization and the desired candidate.

We do not work with complicated rate calculations with a percentage over the annual income, but with a predetermined rate for the entire process.

How do we address this

First, we schedule an introductory meeting with you to draft the job profile / job description. With this job posting, we will search within our network for candidates who fit this profile. We invite candidates to our office for a first meeting. If there is an optimal match, we will introduce up to three candidates to you. The turnaround time from application to placement is one to three months. Panthion is often asked to perform the recruitment and selection process for HR, Finance and administrative positions. We work on the basis of exclusivity.
