Panthion’s reintegration label (ViaMensa) is not an occupational health and safety service, but it does offer an adequate preventive approach to absenteeism, guidance for long-term absenteeism and case management for existing absenteeism.

We help employers pursue sustainable employability of employees, including through absence counseling and reducing absenteeism. This approach is always customized.
