How we professionalize the S&S process for your organization

1: Custom campaign

Panthion creates a custom campaign for each application. We assist in drafting the job description and determine the target audience based on your organization’s job requirements and competencies. Together we create a campaign that guarantees results and also puts your organization visibly on the map. The lead time from the initial interview with your organization to the presentation of the first candidates, is only four weeks.

2: A customized ad strategy

The latest technologies optimize our recruitment process. Based on your campaign format, we put together an advertising strategy. Our recruiter works with our marketing professional to determine the relevant ad networks, including Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Your vacancy will be posted within these networks.

3: Selection based on assessment and interviews

From our recruitment system, HR candidates (applicants) are ranked by competency level. In addition to the selection interviews, we also subject the HR professionals we select to an assessment. The candidates we eventually present to your organization always have a match of at least 85% at the competency and drive level. Of course, we also look at the match within the team and the organizational culture.

4: No cure No Pay

Your organization offers the assignment to Panthion to find the right HR or Recruitment professional and you are completely relieved of this process. We ask for an upfront investment of up to € 1500,- That investment covers 50% of the campaign costs. We bear the other 50% of the campaign costs. A fee is charged only after the HR professional is actually hired at your organization (a portion upon signing the employment contract and a portion upon passing the probationary period).
