What is a second track process?

A second track process is a “UWV proof” process to offer a sick employee optimal chances for reintegration. A sick employee would like to return to work, but has become partially or totally disabled due to physical or psychological damage. During a second track process, we examine what is still possible. We explore where the employee’s interests and qualities lie. We also train him or her in how to conduct a job interview and write a neat cover letter and resume.
