Rik Berghout (pictured above) is founder and owner of Panthion HR & Career Services B.V. Rik comes from the HR profession and has worked as an HR Advisor, HR Manager and Head of P&O for several organizations (profit and nonprofit) before founding Panthion in early 2012.
With a firm belief that he could make a difference in the job market, Rik started as a career counselor nine years ago and put Panthion on the map as an organization.
